Applied minor fix from jira issue - OFBIZ-5902 - Fetch configurable settings 
data driven by replacing UtilProperties.getPropertyValue() method with 
EntityUtilProperties.getPropertyValue().
Removed unwanted code. Thanks Arun for providing the fix.
