Fix for bug causing an error trace when a query was executed (with cache on) 
using conditions created using EntityConditionBuilder:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: hashCode: 
org.ofbiz.entity.condition.EntityConditionBuilder$ConditionHolder
     [java] java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: hashCode: 
org.ofbiz.entity.condition.EntityConditionBuilder$ConditionHolder
