Allow gradle to generate JavaDocs even if they contain bad formatting -
OFBIZ-7775
Gradle does not allow generating JavaDocs if they have javadocs that are not
properly
formatted. This commit will override this behavior by adding the following code
snippet:
javadoc.failOnError = false
However, the long term solution is to actually fix all the JavaDoc errors in
our current
OFBiz API
Note that gradle will continue to show the errors in standard output, but the
build will
not fail
