A patch from Pierre Smits for "Have ListGlAccountsReport open in a new window"
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-7925
The ListGlAccountsReport is used to:
* generate a PDF file
* generate an xml export page
of the Gl Accounts in globalGLSettings. Both screens don't open in a new window.
