Completes: Add the "Completes:" to my own personal selfish
tsvn:logtemplatecommit for when completing a task (kinda recursive but we are
used to it)
We need a token for tasks in our commit comment template. I suggest
"Completes:" but this is open to discussion (see dev ML thread). When will have
agreed we need to change the related Wiki page. Then if we change I can still
edit this and following logs commits...
