Fixed: Error message when svn updating due to pullAllPluginsSource
(OFBIZ-9262)
After discussing this in the Jira issue and dev ML "Plugins: skipped obstructing
working copy (error message)" thread, we finally decided to remove the plugins
directory altogether because there are no better solutions
