Completed: Error message when svn updating due to pullAllPluginsSource
(OFBIZ-9262)
No functional change, improves the documentation of the removing of the
specialpurpose and hot-deploy directories.
And the necessity to use the pullPluginSource or pullAllPluginsSource Gradle
tasks, feel free to amend...
