    Improved: Fix some bugs Spotbugs reports (OFBIZ-12386)
    
    We don't fear collisions for "servletContext". It's only initialised by
    contextInitialized() and then only read before being destroyed by
    contextDestroyed()
    
    Also initialises servletContextto null
