Fixed: The README.html file is no longer visible on site (OFBIZ-12758)
Removes .htaccess from html5 and pdf directories. After INFRA-24225, I have
asked Infra help at INFRA-24248
I'm not sure how to do that in a .htaccess. I have used
<files README.html>
allow from all
</files>
and put it in https://nightlies.apache.org/ofbiz/trunk/readme/html5 with
BuildBot.
It did not work well (got a 500 Internal Server Error). this removes it.
