    Fixed: Order PDF is not working (OFBIZ-12867)
    
    As reported by Ernest Hocking on user ML, there is an issue while 
generating an
    order PDF. This is only in trunk.
    
    It's due to DocTypeTemplate.groovy::getFieldTypeName that should return a 
String
    instead of a Map
