Improved: Populate gradle-wrapper.jar in linked git worktrees (OFBIZ-13483)
gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.jar is gitignored by design (see
gradle/init-gradle-wrapper.sh), so `git worktree add` never populates it in a
new linked worktree, and ./gradlew fails there with "Unable to access jarfile
.../gradle-wrapper.jar" until someone manually runs init-gradle-wrapper.sh or
copies the jar over by hand.
Adds setup-worktree-gradle-wrapper.sh at the repo root, run once per new
linked worktree. It copies the jar from the main checkout when its Gradle
version matches -- no download needed -- and falls back to
init-gradle-wrapper.sh's existing download-and-verify path otherwise.
