    Fixed: recreateOrderAdjustments calls nonexistent 
ShoppingCartItem.getDescription (OFBIZ-13532)
    
    Restore call to item.getName() instead of item.getDescription() when 
creating a promotional order item, preventing issues as ShoppingCartItem has no 
zero-argument getDescription() method.
