Removed: obsolete maven.restlet.talend.com repository declaration
Nothing in the project depends on org.restlet or org.restlet.ext.servlet
anymore, the artifacts this repository was added for, but the declaration was
left behind unscoped for every dependency lookup. This caused Dependabot's
scheduled gradle-ecosystem update job to fail entirely whenever it checked an
unrelated dependency (org.activiti:activiti-juel-jakarta) that this repository
doesn't serve but responds to with an authentication-required error instead of
a plain not-found.
