Remove the Solr leftovers from the Docker example and the runtime indexes
The solr plugin is gone, but the framework still carried two of its files:
the postgres-demo Docker hook that copied the solr configuration, which only
ran when plugins/solr existed, and runtime/indexes/index.properties, the Solr
index path setting, which nothing reads.
- Remove applySolrConfig.sh and the after-config-applied.d mount it needed
in the postgres-demo docker-compose.yml.
- Remove runtime/indexes/index.properties.
