    Upgrade vault-java-driver to 6.2.3 in secretshub
    
    vault-java-driver 6 turned Vault into an interface, so the HashiCorp Vault 
provider creates its clients with Vault.create(config), which builds a 
VaultImpl with the same constructor logic as the 5.x Vault class.
