Paul Ramirez commented on OODT-139:
-----------------------------------

Created a that Wiki page to start to capture our service documentation
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OODT/OODT+REST+Services. I would
have taken some of the documentation from the comments here but I can't edit
peoples comments to pilfer the formatting they have already done.

@Brian Yep looks great. Reading that JSON the intent of the service seems to
come through in the response.

@Andrew I like the update to the JSON.

> Now that the PCS core is contributed, it would be great to not just have
> command line versions and APIs for tools like pcs_stat, pcstrace and pcs_ll.
> We should expose them over JAX-RS so that webapps can easily take advantage
> of PCS services.
