Resolution: Fixed
- patch applied with modifications in r1071821.
# I changed [RESOURCES] to [FMPROD_HOME]. RESOURCES is kind of generic and we
should indicate in fact these files should really be dumped in FMPROD_HOME.
# I updated the rest of the servlets (RSSDataTransferServlet,
DataDeliveryServlet, DatasetDeliveryServlet, RDFProductServlet and
RDFDatasetServlet) to also use the envReplace since we can't have some of the
servlets support this and not others.
# I changed the call to PathUtils.replaceEnvVariables b/c I'm not sure we need
recursive replacement that doDynamicReplacement provides.
