Cameron Goodale resolved OODT-130.

Resolution: Fixed
The mailing lists are fixed on the component pages. Upon further testing I
also found the source repo's are now pointing at the asf repo instead of
incubating, but there is a small bug with the dir pathing for the components.
I will open a new issue to resolve the Source Repository Links.
