Allow casDistributionFile to have any naming scheme

Currently when using the cas-install plugin, the casDistributionFile must be a
cas server distro of the form:
${artifactId}-${version}.tar.gz
In reality, this plugin should allow any distro file name, especially the new
cas distro names which are produced by default for Maven2, which look like:
bq.
${artifactId}-${version}-dist.tar.gz
