LDAPAuthenticationProvider class requires a non-existent path to
"Org/Apache/Oodt/Cas/Security/SingleSignOn.php." Also, the
LDAPAuthenticationProvider class extends the SingleSignOn class with an
incorrect name of "Org_Apache_Oodt_Cas_Security_SingleSignOn." The directory
for Cas should be removed.
