- Added the new command line option :

 --getWorkflowInstMet --id <workflowInstId>

which returns metadata in the format,

[id=29399ff-9aaaa1-929292-aaaaa-1111, met={key1:[val1, val2], key2:[val1],...,}]

- Tested it on 0.3 version of OODT
