Main class to drive opendapps profile generation

This first patch needed by the CMDS system does not involve any change to the
existing opendapps classes, rather it is a Main class, and supporting utility
class, that can be used to start the profile generation process from the
command line. Once this class is in place, development of additional metadata
extraction functionality can go faster.
Additionally, the pom.xml was modified to allow generation of a single jar
containing all the necessary opendapps dependencies.
