XmlRpcWorkflowManager tests don't properly clean up LuceneCatalog remnants

The test in XmlRpcWorkflowManager doesn't do a proper job of cleaning up the
LuceneCatalog remnants. Sometimes, if the test is run repeatedly, since the
LuceneCatalog is already there in the same directory, the wrong number of
results (workflow instances) are returned. Let's properly clean up the unit
test in setup and teardown, now that OODT-396 is done.
