I've transferred the namespaces stuff over to OODT-458 and will continue with it after finishing OODT-402. Will now upload a patch for this ticket using the simple inline solution. The patch is ready, but JIRA is currently having some issues with attaching files. I'll upload it as soon as JIRA sorts itself out
