EngineRunner classes will be put into a new package in:
org.apache.oodt.cas.workflow.engine.runner
WorkflowProcessor classes will be out into a new package in:
org.apache.oodt.cas.workflow.engine.processor
This will also include two EngineRunnerFactories which where left out of
OODT-310 patch
