Create an HDF5 Server Side metadata extractor.
For the Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) project, we've already created such
a class. It just has to be generalized. One thing that would need to change for
sure is that we assume a flat structure to extract the metadata. It is assumed
that all metadata lies under 'Metadata/'.
As for where this implementation will live in OODT, since we extend the
AbstractFilemgrMetExtractor class, I think it makes sense to place it under the
File Manager package at the same location as the AbstractFilemgrMetExtractor.
Either that or in the examples/ directory.
