The FM LuceneCatalog.addProduct() method has been changed to possibly reuse the
product ID, if available - this was the only change that caused
CuratorLuceneCatalog to be forked.
At the same time, the Curator package is now using the standard FM
LuceneCatalog (and LuceneCatalogFactory) instead of having its own out of date
copies.
Preliminary testing of the Curator web app indicate it is working properly and
that products can be correctly updated, but more testing within other
applications is recommended.
