We will use a new environmental variable:
org.apache.oodt.cas.filemgr.catalog.datasource.productId.string
defined in filemanager.properties, which is false by default.
This property is meant to replace the previous :
org.apache.oodt.cas.filemgr.catalog.datasource.quoteFields
which should be deprecated.
