Currently the addReferences() method of the CAS File Manager Lucene Catalog
assumes that the product is in the Lucene cache, i.e. it has just been added,
and it fails otherwise. It might be useful to be able to add references for a
product that already exists in the index, by moving it from the index to the
cache, and moving it back after the references have been added.
