The [Planetary Data System|http://pds.nasa.gov/] (PDS) would like to use
Apache™ OODT's "xmlquery" component. However, that organization needs the
parser for DIS-style queries to be updated so that the {{#}} character is
treated as a word-character.
This would enable PDS to handle queries like:

OFSN = pass#3.jpg AND RETURN_TYPE = RAW
