Summary: Implement the capability to pull status of resource nodes

Add classes to connect to Ganglia and pull the XML dump and parsing it. That
will happen by connecting a socket to the relevant port of the machine running
gmetad and obtain the XML of the last status monitored which consists of
aggregated status of all resource nodes of the cluster. This will happen after
developing XML parser.
