I experienced the [same issue as

when building OODT - in my case with a new Maven repository. The problem was
that when building the opendapps module Maven couldn't find the oodt-core
module. I followed Lewis' suggestion to add the relative path to
opendapps/pom.xml and it fixed the issue for me as well. I'll attach Lewis'
patch and I'm happy to commit the changes if there aren't any objections.
