Note that the RT parameter value is still case sensitive: for example, if 
RT=DIRLIST is enabled, RT=dirlist won't work.
Making the RT value case insensitive is possible, but it would require more 
extensive changes to OFSNFileHandler and OFSNFileHandlerConfigurationReader.
