We regularly see failing builds due to the remote repository at [0] not being
available. We use this repos within protocol-ftp module [1], AFAIK this is the
only place we use this library.
This library was once maintained by the Globus Toolkit development team, but as
of 2013, maintenance has moved to GitHub jGlobus [2] with community ownership.
We can find the new library easily on Maven central [3]
