Resolution: Fixed
- patch submitted in r1624863. Thanks Rajith. I completely refactored the
GangliaMonitor and turned into a Monitor implementation. I also moved some
classes that were in test that were useful (e.g., MockGmetad) into the nominal
class path for testing and use. Going to test this hardcare on XDATA language
translation.
