Currently unable to build site b/c of
https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MFINDBUGS-100 which is an issue with the old
mvn findbugs plugin being incompatible with mvn3. Upgrading findbugs in
core/pom.xml to version 2.3 fixes this.
