[~chrismattmann] : Looks like this was fixed and the actual problem was that
the default radix installer used was oodt 0.6 instead of 0.7 (and thus pge
component was not being installed). The pge component does get installed with
0.7 oodt on a clean machine. Can I go ahead and close the issue, unless someone
wants to verify it again.
I have opened another bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OODT-769 for
the installer issue.
