Description: While running the wmgr-client(I am running the fileconcat pge
example) the workflow manager communicates with the resmgr on port 9300 whereas
the default port for resmgr on 0.7 oodt (have tried radix installer) is 9002.
To get it working either change has to be made either in wmgr or resmgr script
