Yes a wiki update (atleast in the CAS-PGE+Learn+by+Example) mentioning this
will be helpful. The way I got it working was by changing the $RESMGR_PORT
value is resmgr script to 9300 instead of the default value (this might
influence the behavior of some other programs but works well for the above
mentioned example).
