hey [~tpalsulich] great question. [~boustani] built this dashboard which
basically "wraps" OPSUI in a Django frame, and adds buttons to control opsui
and control OODT/PCS, etc. to the left in a nav bar. So this is built on "top
of" OPSUI and definitely incorporates it. I told Mazi he should consider
contributing it upstream to OODT and here we are :) Mazi can you attach some
screenshots and get a patch ready?
