I've forcibly removed the Jersey 1.9 libs from the hadoop yarn client and
upgraded them to 1.14 which was a suggestion I saw elsewhere from one of the
Hadoop guys. The Jersey 1.9 libs have always been dodgy due to missing Maven
repos so hopefully 1.14 will be an improvement.
Jenkins seems happy with it, if someone finds a bug, then feel free to back it
out and we'll go back to broken builds or something.
