The work is continued in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OODT-858 where
Avro RPC is added to OODT.
Current progress:
https://github.com/Cyan3/oodt/commits/filemanager
Although work on this is done, this isn't separated OODT-858. Do you think I
can resolve this anyway?
Otherwise it is waiting resolution of OODT-858.
