Patch for avro_rpc branch which fixes the compilation issues I highlighted at
the referenced [review board|https://reviews.apache.org/r/37705/].
The patch also
* upgrades the greenmail dependency in protocol/imaps to most recent version
1.4.1 and makes sure that the in-memory mail server is properly shutdown after
every unit test.
* corrects definition of the _workflow.server.factory_ and
_workflow.client.factory_ properties from within workflow.properties. These are
both now called from, and hence instantiated within
_org.apache.oodt.cas.workflow.system.rpc.XmlRpcWorkflowManagerFactory_ or
_org.apache.oodt.cas.workflow.system.rpc.AvroRpcWorkflowManagerFactory_
depending on which RPC implementation you wish to use.
