Not really, just loads of boring copying and pasting and a few tricks I've
picked up from elsewhere.
The test changes are because that module ran JUnit 3, the whole project now
uses JUnit 4 which automatically picks up classes that begin with Test, so I
just renamed it so the Test Unit Runner wouldn't try and run it as a unit test.
