Summary: Make Apache ReviewBoard accept git diffs

Currently, the Apache ReviewBoard instance for oodt points to the SVN
repository. Because of that it only accepts SVN diffs for review.
There should be a configuration to make it point to the git repository, so that
it would accept git diffs.
