Fix for OODT-973
In mvn/archetypes/radix module script templates, OODT stop process does not
properly delete the PID files $WORKFLOW_PID & $RESMGR_PID, even when there are
no matching processes to those related PIDs. Therefore workflow manager and
resource manager sometime fails to start again.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ThejanW/oodt pid-bug
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/oodt/pull/58.patch
