We should add detailed development section in contributing docs so that
developement can start building and playing with OpenDAL.
We should have following part:
- [ ] the layout of opendal
- [ ] core: rustup, cargo (maybe special docs for features like hdfs)
- [ ] bin
- [ ] oay
- [ ] oli
- [ ] bindings
- [ ] c
- [ ] java
- [ ] nodejs
- [ ] object_store
- [ ] python
- [ ] ruby
Every module should have it's own contributing docs which contains how to
build and tests itself.
