At present, OpenDAL does not support the `append` function. The only supported operation is `write`, which creates a new file and writes content to it. Depending on the capabilities of different services, there may be varying implementations available. > I propose to separate the write and append operations. That's a good idea. Some services offer support for `append`, which provides a distinct functionality compared to `write`: data is avalible for reading after `append` called and users can continue to append data on the same path.
