### Describe the bug
It looks like huggingface API has been changed while led to our JSON
deserialize failed.
```
Unexpected (persistent) at stat, context: { service: huggingface, path:
normal_file.txt } => deserialize json, source: missing field `name` at line 1
column 396
```
