Hi, I don't think this PR is necessary. - Bindings can always remove `Cargo.lock` to use the latest dependencies for building. - It's expected that core and integrations' `Cargo.toml` specify the oldest versions of dependencies for users to build. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
